By accessing and using our services and Site, you ("User" or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or Site.

By accessing and using our services and Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or Site.

2. Services Provided

Dad Of The Roads, LLC provides the following services:

• Tire Change
• Tire Repair (Patch and Plug)
• Mobile Tire Services, including service at your home, workplace, or other locations
• New and Used Tire Sales
• Road Side Assistance

All services are subject to availability and may be limited to certain geographic areas.

3. Patch and Plug Services

Customers are notified about the different types of tire repair services we offer:

• Patch: A patch is applied to the inside of the tire to cover a puncture. It is designed to provide a long-lasting repair for punctures in the tread area.
• Plug: A plug is inserted into the puncture from the outside of the tire. It is a quick and effective method for repairing smaller punctures.

We do not provide plug services for LT tires, ST tires, C tires, or commercial tires.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our service prices are as follows (prices may vary depending on weather, time, vehicle type, and location):

• Tire Change: $150 per tire extra have discount
• Tire Repair (Patch Permanent Repair): $150 per tire extra have discount
• Tire Repair (Plug Temporary Repair for emergency): $95 per tire extra have discount
• Road Side Service Fee: $150 to $1000 (additional, depending on location)

All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and electronic payments. Any additional charges incurred during the service will be communicated to you before being applied.

5. Guarantees

We offer the following guarantees for our services:

• Labor Guarantee: All labor provided by Dad Of The Roads, LLC is guaranteed. If you experience any issues related to the service provided, we will address them free of charge within this period.
• Tire Change: Guaranteed. If you experience any issues related to the tire change, we will address them free of charge within this period.
• Tire Repair (Patch Permanent Repair): Guaranteed. If the patch fails, we will repair the tire again at no additional cost.
• Tire Repair (Plug Temporary Repair for emergency): Guaranteed. If the plug fails, we will repair the tire again at no additional cost.
• We are professionals, and our guarantee is always in effect. If you have any problem, contact us immediately.

6. Tire Warranties

Our tire warranties are as follows:

• New Tires: New tires come with a manufacturer's warranty, which covers defects and issues arising from normal use. Details of the manufacturer's warranty will be provided at the time of purchase.
• Used Tires: Used tires come with a limited warranty provided by Dad Of The Roads, LLC. This warranty covers defects and issues arising from normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Used tires do not have as long a lifespan as new tires.

Both new and used tire warranties do not cover damages caused by improper use or road hazards, such as:

• Boosting or braking that leads to tire damage
• Damage from potholes or other road hazards
• Damage due to poor driving conditions or negligence

Warranties are based on logical malfunctions and do not cover damages caused by bad driving conditions.

7. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments for our mobile tire services can be scheduled through our Site or by contacting us directly. We will make every effort to honor your scheduled appointment time; however, delays or changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

8. Emergency Assistance Timing

Emergency assistance for tire services will be provided based on traffic conditions and estimated time of arrival. We aim to be 98% accurate in our arrival estimates. However, during rush hours, heavy traffic, or accidents, there may be delays. We will communicate any expected delays to you as soon as possible.

9. Use of the Site

1. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.
2. You agree not to use the Site:
   • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
   • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
   • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
   • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Dad Of The Roads, LLC, a Dad Of The Roads, LLC employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
   • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm Dad Of The Roads, LLC or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dad Of The Roads, LLC and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Dad Of The Roads, LLC.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dad Of The Roads, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Site or our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party; and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
